Mozuku (2009/6/17 Wednesday)
I'm going to introduce you the Mozuku that was sent to me from Okinawa☆ (**Mozuku - an alga-like seaweed served in a vinegary sauce)
It's filled with mineral☆＆has low calorie☆and so it's a food that I would also recommend to girls〜☆
