Jijiimi (2009/6/19 Friday)

Jijimi made from mainly potato☆ (Jijimi - A kind of Korean dish)

I used a new organic potato☆

Used the potato that was filled with blessing from the sun, just as it is☆

Sooo, first of all, clean the dirt out carefully and cut it into strip without peeling the skin then put it in a bowl..

Next, add ground brown rice and arrowroot flour into the bowl and roughly mix them ← you should use your hands♪

What is left is only to grill it with a lot of olive oil☆←grill both sides!

I recommend you to only salt it then eat♪♪

Okay, I'm going to eat now☆
